The Seahawks won their third consecutive Class 3-A boys state title Saturday morning at the Sandhills Research Center, edging Wade Hampton of Greenville by six points, while the girls team earned its second consecutive runner-up trophy after winning the state championship in 2008 and 2009.

Please make every effort to attend this presentation and watch your student/athlete walk across our stage and be recognized for their accomplishments this past school year. This has been the most successful athletic year to date at Hilton Head Island High School.

Please join us for a night of fun and a great day of golf. The casino night will begin at 7:00 at the Westin Hotel. There will be a silent auction, food and dancing. On Sunday we will host our annual golf tournament with a shoot gun start at 10:00 a.m. at the prestigious Ocean Course in Sea Pines Resort.

The Harlem Rockets are coming to town to play the Hilton Head DREAM TEAM. This event will feature Athletic Director Mr. Lew Kent and Principle Mrs O'nan along with Heritage Director Mr.Steve Wilmot, Town Manager Mr Steve Riley, Chamber President Mr. Bill Miles and Beaufort County Sheriff Mr. P.J. Tanner. We look forward to a fine showing from these "former all stars". The event is sponsored by Uniform Work and Sport and is brought to you by the Island Rec Center and the All Sports Booster Club. Come on out and see a great show.
